Ingredients
- 225g self raising flour
- 50g butter
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
- Put the flour in a bowl and add the butter, cut into pieces
- Rub the butter into the flour until it looks like breadcrumbs
- Add enough milk to make a soft dough
- Roll the dough onto a lightly floured surface until 1-1.5 cm thick
- Cut the scones and place on a baking tray
- Bake at 200°, gas mark 6, 180°(fan oven) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
