Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 slices cornbeef
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 tbspoons of gravy granules
  • ready rolled puff pastry

Instructions

  • peel and chop potatoes and carrots and onion
  • put in saucepan and cover veg with cold water
  • add cornbeef and salt and pepper
  • bring to boil then add gravy granules
  • simmer for 20 mins
  • when cooked put in casserole dish and place pastry over the top, cook in oven until golden brown
