Winter Warmer Soup
This recipe combines tender cabbage and flavorful turkey mince in a comforting dish that is sure to warm you up. With a touch of cayene pepper for a hint of heat, this hearty meal is perfect for a cozy night in.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cabbage
- 500g Turkey Mince
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 400g Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp Cayene Pepper
- Basil
- Parsley
Instructions
- Steam the cabbage until soft
- Beat the egg and hand mix with the turkey, roll into 6 balls and flatten to make pattes
- Wrap the turky pattes in the cabbage (you may have some cabbage left over - save this for later)
- push the pattes into the bottom of a saucepan and add stock with boiling water and tomatoes, basil, parsley and cayene pepper (plus any remaining cabbage) making sure the pattes remain submerged
- Leave on the boil for 45 minutes, check turkey is cooked through and blend
