  • 1 1/2 tsp salt (7.5 mL)
  • 3 cups bread flour (708 mL)
  • 3 Tbsp sugar (45 mL)
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast (5 mL)
  • Note: This makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf
