Ingredients
- 100 g bloem
- 3 eierdooiers
- 6 eiwitten
- 1,25 dl melk
- 85 g boter (gesmolten)
- 6 eetlepels suiker
Instructions
- De eiwitten eerst 3 eetlepels suiker opkloppen, daarna de andere lepels suiker toevoegen en opkloppen (voor een krokante wafel)
- Bloem en eierdooiers mengen, melk, boter en opgeklopt eiwit met suiker toevoegen
- Wafels bakken in een heet wafelijzer
