Ingredients
- Bases:
- 150g Margerine,
- 150g Caster Sugar,
- 3 Eggs,
- 150 Self raising flour
- Filling:
- 3 Tablespoons with jam
Instructions
- Light oven to 190 degrees C, gas mark 5,
- Line two tins with baking parchment
- Cream together margerine and sugar
- Gradually eggs
- Fold in flour, Divide mixture evenly between the two cake tins
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, remove cakes from tin
- Sandwich together with jam
