Ingredients

  • Bases:
  • 150g Margerine,
  • 150g Caster Sugar,
  • 3 Eggs,
  • 150 Self raising flour
  • Filling:
  • 3 Tablespoons with jam

Instructions

  • Light oven to 190 degrees C, gas mark 5,
  • Line two tins with baking parchment
  • Cream together margerine and sugar
  • Gradually eggs
  • Fold in flour, Divide mixture evenly between the two cake tins
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes, remove cakes from tin
  • Sandwich together with jam
