Ingredients

  • 3cups of water
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1tomato peeled off
  • 1onion
  • 1squash
  • 3 piceces of liver or as desired
  • spring onion chopped
  • parsley
  • two tbsp of butter
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • put the water in a small pot and heat to boil
  • chop carrot potato tomato onion spring onion and squash
  • do not chop parsley leave as it is
  • add the liver to boil for 5 minutes then add the vegetables
  • 5 minutes later add the butter and black pepper and salt
  • when u see that the vegetables and liver are well cooked remove from fire and cool a bit. do not through the water away
  • in a blender blend all together to make a thick yet soft soup.
  • garnish with some parsley and serve
  • tips:
  • add water as desired but make sure they dont dry because u need it inmaking the soup
  • add liver as desired as well
