Ingredients
- 3 handfuls of shell pasta
- 1 carrot chopped into cubes
- 1 courgette chopped into cubes
- 1 handful of broccoli florrets, seperated and small
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 handfuls of grated medium strengh cheese
- Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta and carrots in salted water for 7 minutes
- Add Broccoli and cougette and cook for a further 5
- Drain water and mix in butter gently
- Mix in grated cheese gently, spinkle pepper
- Serve....yum!
