Ingredients

  • 2 garlic
  • , to taste salt
  • 300g/10oz natural yoghurt
  • 1 lemon
  • small handful mint

Instructions

  • Crush the garlic with a little salt in a pestle and mortar to make a paste.
  • Add the yoghurt and lemon juice and stir well. Stir through the mint. Set aside until needed.
