Ingredients

  • 250 grams tripe precooked
  • 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose tripe dispersing
  • Pasta
  • 1 dl white wine
  • 2 x eggs
  • 5 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
  • 5 cloves garlic or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot peppers or chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning mix gyros
  • 1 x vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • The tripe sprinkle with flour, and invert it.
  • The dough ingredients mixed well. Tripe fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Serve with tartar sauce or mayonnaise.
