Ingredients
- 250 grams tripe precooked
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose tripe dispersing
- Pasta
- 1 dl white wine
- 2 x eggs
- 5 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 5 cloves garlic or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hot peppers or chili
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning mix gyros
- 1 x vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- The tripe sprinkle with flour, and invert it.
- The dough ingredients mixed well. Tripe fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce or mayonnaise.
