Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ shallot
- 1 ½ tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a small pan over a medium heat.
- Add the shallots, tomatoes and garlic and cook for 5â8 minutes or until softened.
- Add the vinegar and sugar and cook for a further 3â5 minutes, or until the chutney has caramelised slightly. Serve immediately.
