Ingredients

  • 40 baguette slices, each 1/4 inch thick (about 1 1/2 baguettes)
  • 1/2 lb. soft goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat an oven to 350°F.
  • Arrange the baguette slices in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until lightly golden, about 15 minutes. Turn the slices over and bake until lightly golden on the other side, about 10 minutes more. Let cool.
  • Spread each toast with about 2 tsp. goat cheese. Drizzle each with a generous 1/2 tsp. honey and sprinkle with a generous 1 tsp. walnuts. Serve immediately. Serves 14 to 16.
