Thai Style Prawns
In this flavorful prawn stir-fry recipe, succulent prawns are marinated in a mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and more for a burst of zesty and savory flavors. Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp light muscovado sugar
- 1 fresh red chilli, thinly sliced
- 5 cloves chopped garlic
- 150g cooked prawns
- 4 spring onions, 4-5cm lengths, cut lengthwise
- A little oil for stir-frying
Instructions
- Make the marinade by combining oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar, chilli and garlic in a bowl
- Add the prawns to the marinade
- Add a little oil to a skillet and once hot add the prawns and the marinade then add the spring onions
- Stir and distribute evenly in the skillet then bring the marinade to a lightly bubbling heat and leave for 2 minutes
- Serve with boiled rice or noodles NB Allow cooking time for these to be ready with the prawns
