Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • hand full of green beans
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1 large onion finly chopped
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 2 green chillies
  • 4 tbsp thai green curry paste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  • add the chopped onion, crushed garlic and green chillies to a pan and gently cook
  • add the chicken and red pepper, season with salt and pepper, cook the chicken through
  • add the thai green curry paste
  • add coconut milk
  • add the green beans and simmer for further ten minutes
