Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 beef tomatoes -roughly chopped
- 1 bag spinach
- 1/2 cup single cream
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated hard cheese any you like
- grating of nutmeg
- seasoning
Instructions
- chop onion and garlic - sweat off in fry pan
- add onion and galic mixture to oven proof shallow dish - add toms and spinach pour over cream -
- combine crumbs and cheese - sprinkle over dish. and grate nutmeg over.
- place in mod hot oven for 40 - 50mins -until cooked
- wonderful with crusty bread and green salad
