Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- small tin of pineapple,drained and cut into chunks
- 150g of pepper , sliced
- 1 onion , sliced 500g jar of sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chicken strips and onion
- cook on a high heat until the chicken has browned and the onions have softened
- add the sliced peppers and cook a further 2-3 minutes
- pour over the sweet and sour sauce add the chopped pineapple and simmer for 4-5 minutes
- serve hot with rice !
