Sunday Hotpot XD

Ingredients
- potatoes 5 large
- swede 1/2 finely diced
- can of tomatoes
- minced beef
- garlic 1 segment
- tomato puree 1 table spoon
- red pepper 1
- onion 1 small
- mushrooms
- oxo cube
- cheese (optional) topping
- seasoning
Instructions
- peal and then slice the potateos in thin slices and put in to boiling water for 10 mins.
- whilst the potateos are boiling, brown off the mince with the onion and the garlic when the mince is browned add the mushrooms and the red pepper for a couple of seconds , then add the tined tomatos and the tomato puree also a cup of water to the mixture and simmer until the potateos are done
- add the mixture in to a hot pot dish and lay the potateos on top and place in the oven for 10 -15 min (if you are putting cheese on add the cheese on top of the hot pot before putting in oven)
