Start your day off right with this delicious and nutritious breakfast parfait. Layers of wholesome rolled oats, fresh fruits, crunchy seeds, and creamy Greek-style yogurt come together to create a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Ingredients

  • 50g/2oz rolled oats
  • 50ml/2fl oz orange juice
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 small banana
  • 60g/2¼oz Greek-style yoghurt
  • 60g/2¼oz mixed berries

Instructions

  • Mix the oats, orange juice, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds together in a bowl and set aside for 15 minutes, or until the oats have soaked up all the juice.
  • Divide the oat mixture between two small glasses, then add a layer of banana. Spoon in the yoghurt, then top with the berries.
