Ingredients
- 200g white bread crumbs crusts removed
- 125g butter
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 large sprig rosemary & Thyme
- 6 fresh sage leaves
- grated zest 1 lemon
- 50g pine nuts
- S&P
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Blitz bread in a food processor to fine crumbs
- Melt butter in large frying pan then saute onion gently for about 5 mins adding the garlic in for last 2-3 mins or until softened
- add finely chopped rosemary, thyme & sage leaves
- Mix into onions and sizzle for a moment then gradually work in the crumbs stirring until butter is absorbed
- Mix in lemon zest, pine nuts & seasoning and stir over a medium heat for about 7-8 mins until the mixtures is browned and crisp. Mix in parsley and serve
