Ingredients
- 2 pre baked French loaves
- pesto mixed with some olive oil
- 500 gr mixed mushrooms
- 1-2 chopped red onions
- 2-3 chopped gloves of garlic
- salt and peper
Instructions
- Cut the loaves in half and scoop the bread out
- Spread the insides of the loaves with pesto and some olive oil
- Saute the mushrooms together with the red onion and garlic
- Season well with salt and peper
- Fill the loaves with the mushrooms and put them in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes
