Ingredients

  • 2 pre baked French loaves
  • pesto mixed with some olive oil
  • 500 gr mixed mushrooms
  • 1-2 chopped red onions
  • 2-3 chopped gloves of garlic
  • salt and peper

Instructions

  • Cut the loaves in half and scoop the bread out
  • Spread the insides of the loaves with pesto and some olive oil
  • Saute the mushrooms together with the red onion and garlic
  • Season well with salt and peper
  • Fill the loaves with the mushrooms and put them in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes
