Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 to 3 Tbs. Giusti Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream

  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, sugar and vinegar and stir gently until the strawberries are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
