Ingredients
- 1 oz. Hendrick’s gin
- 1 oz. VS cognac
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. grenadine
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup (see related recipe at left)
- Dash of soda water
- Crushed ice as needed
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
- 6 to 8 mint leaves
Instructions
- In a pilsner glass, combine the gin, cognac, lemon juice, grenadine, simple syrup and soda water. Top with crushed ice and stir to combine. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves and serve immediately. Serves 1.
