Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp harissa
- 5 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
- 4 soft flour tortillas
- 200g can tuna in spring water
- 200g can rinsed chickpeas
- 4 handfuls rocket leaves
- red pepper, deseeded and sliced
Instructions
- Mix the harissa with the natural yogurt.
- Spread the mixture over the tortillas.
- Scatter over the tuna, chickpeas and the rocket leaves, arrange the sliced red pepper on the top.
- Roll up to make a wrap and cut in half.
