Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp harissa
  • 5 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
  • 4 soft flour tortillas
  • 200g can tuna in spring water
  • 200g can rinsed chickpeas
  • 4 handfuls rocket leaves
  • red pepper, deseeded and sliced

Instructions

  • Mix the harissa with the natural yogurt.
  • Spread the mixture over the tortillas.
  • Scatter over the tuna, chickpeas and the rocket leaves, arrange the sliced red pepper on the top.
  • Roll up to make a wrap and cut in half.
