Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Place the sweet potato wedges, olive oil, spices and garlic into a bowl and mix to coat the wedges well.
- Place onto a baking sheet and transfer into the oven to bake for about 30 minutes, or until cooked, turning once halfway through cooking.
