Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can canellini beans, drained
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Handful cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 a red pepper, seeds removed
- 1/2 a chilli pepper, seeds removed
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- Small squeeze ketchup
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in a bowl/blender.
- Mix well/Blend until a dip is formed - may be nice to leave it a bit chunky.
- Prepare the veg sticks of your choice if you are having a dip. Carrot and cucumber are always good.
