Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can canellini beans, drained
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 a red pepper, seeds removed
  • 1/2 a chilli pepper, seeds removed
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Small squeeze ketchup

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in a bowl/blender.
  • Mix well/Blend until a dip is formed - may be nice to leave it a bit chunky.
  • Prepare the veg sticks of your choice if you are having a dip. Carrot and cucumber are always good.
