Ingredients
- 2oz Light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cornflour
- 4oz Pineapple Juice
- 2oz White wine vinegar
- 2Tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions
- Blend the corn flour with a little of the white wine vinegar until you achieve a smooth paste
- Blend the remaining vinegar, along with all other ingredients
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes (850w)
- Pour over your desired meat or vegetarian alternative and serve with rice or noodles as you wish
