Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
- Mince Beef 1kg (Serves 5)
- Carrot x2
- Onion x1
- Garlic cloves x2
- Tin of Plumb Tomatoes
- Jar of bolognese sauce
- Dried Tyme
- Dried Taragon
- Dried Oregano
- Fresh chives
- Fresh basil
- Mushrooms x7
- Butter (Table spoon)
- Salt/Pepper
- Red Wine 1 Cup (Optional)
Instructions
- Step 1. Dice Onion, Garlic and carrots, fry together for 3/4 minutes and put to one side.
- Step 2. Brown mince beef for 6/7 minutes add salt, pepper and dried herbs.
- Step 3. Add onions, garlic, carrot to the mince beef and cook for 4/5 minutes. add mushrooms
- Step 4. Add the tin of plumb tomatoes and jar of bolognese sauce with a table spoon of butter. If you have red wine add 1 cup.
- Step 5. Add fresh basil,chives leave to simmer on a low heat for 1 hour. (the longer you leave it the better it tastes)
