Ingredients

  • 4 slices dark rye bread
  • 100g/3½oz quark, drained
  • 100g/3½oz smoked salmon
  • squeeze lemon
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh chives
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 25g/1oz watercress
