Ingredients
- 1 packket of smoked mackerel
- jar of pickled beetroot drained and diced
- 500g of fresh cleaned spinich
- 1 red onion sliced
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to season

- add all ingredients in to a large mixing bowl toss then sever on chilled plate. easy
