Ingredients
- 300g streaky pork
- 200g green pepper
- 100g onion
- 2 clove of garlic
- 15ml cooking wine
- 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cut into streaky pork thin slice. Slice the onion and green pepper.
- with oil till temperature around 80 C. Put the streaky pork into the wok to fry one by one.
- add onion, garlic, green pepper, fry.
- cook for 3 minutes, add cooking wine, Light Soy Sauce, sugar, salt, mix
