Ingredients

  • 300g streaky pork
  • 200g green pepper
  • 100g onion
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 15ml cooking wine
  • 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Cut into streaky pork thin slice. Slice the onion and green pepper.
  • with oil till temperature around 80 C. Put the streaky pork into the wok to fry one by one.
  • add onion, garlic, green pepper, fry.
  • cook for 3 minutes, add cooking wine, Light Soy Sauce, sugar, salt, mix
