Ingredients

  • 600g Greek style natural yogurt
  • 70g pecans
  • 70g walnuts
  • 70g almonds
  • 80g raisins
  • 80g sun dried apricots,chopped
  • 1 large banana,quartered and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 nectarine,cut into pieces similar to banana
  • 1 granny apple,cut into pieces
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 3-4 tbsp light and mild honey

Instructions

  • Place the yogurt in the serving bowl and add all the nuts,fresh fruit and dried fruit.Sweeten with honey and cinnamon.Give it a good stir so that the honey and cinnamon are evenly spread n the mixture. Can also be frozen for several hours for an ice-cream substitute and other nuts and fruits can also be used according to taste
