Ingredients

  • For cake
  • 1 kg cream cheese
  • 400 g caster sugar
  • 8 yolks
  • 8 white (beaten)
  • 2 tsp wite flour
  • 2 tbsp potato starch
  • 250 g butter softened
  • 16 g vanilla sugar
  • 50 g raisins
  • 15 g carmelised orange zest
  • Chocolate topping
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 85 g butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao (rounded)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • All ingredient for chocolate topping boil in the pot. Cool it.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 180C/fan 6
  • Mix (use a mixer) all ingredients until a dough will be smooth. Then add whipped white. Stir the dough using wooden spoon.
  • Grease removable-bottomed tin (24 cm or 26 cm) and bake 1 hour until cake will be lightly brown.
  • Cool it and scatter with icing sugar or chocolate topping.
