Simple Cheesecake

Ingredients
- For cake
- 1 kg cream cheese
- 400 g caster sugar
- 8 yolks
- 8 white (beaten)
- 2 tsp wite flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 250 g butter softened
- 16 g vanilla sugar
- 50 g raisins
- 15 g carmelised orange zest
- Chocolate topping
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 85 g butter
- 1 tbsp cacao (rounded)
- 1 tbsp water
- All ingredient for chocolate topping boil in the pot. Cool it.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 180C/fan 6
- Mix (use a mixer) all ingredients until a dough will be smooth. Then add whipped white. Stir the dough using wooden spoon.
- Grease removable-bottomed tin (24 cm or 26 cm) and bake 1 hour until cake will be lightly brown.
- Cool it and scatter with icing sugar or chocolate topping.
