Ingredients

  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3-4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tspn ginger-optional
  • Try using it on a salad that includes broccoli, cauliflower, almond slices, crunched ramen noodle, spinach, tomatoes, and romaine lettus!
  • Not exactly how many this will serve, but there were 7 of us and I had 2 salads... and there were still left dressing left over. So at least 7 people for sure.

Instructions

  • If you have a small blender, blend on low/medium until all ingredients are well mixed. Othewise just put in a jar or cover the container and shake well!
  • Serve and enjoy!
