Ingredients
- 8 rashers of bacon
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1oz of butter,melted
- oil
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4-6oz cheddar cheese,grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp brown sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper
- 4 rounds of bread
Instructions
- cook bacon to how you like it.
- heat a little oil in a pan and fry tomatoes
- pre-heat grill and toast 1 side of bread,mix all other ingredients together in a jug.
- when the toast is ready for turning over,spread the cheese mixture on and grill until brown.
- serve the toast with the bacon and tomatoes.
