Sausages With Ratatouille

Ingredients
- 4 large or 8 small smoked sausages, such as kielbasa
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 4 cups ratatouille (see related recipe at left)
Instructions
- <b>Cook the sausages</b>
- Slit each sausage diagonally several times on each side. In a fry pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the sausages and cook, turning once, until browned on both sides, 8 to 12 minutes total.
- <b>Warm the ratatouille</b>
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, warm the ratatouille, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching, until hot, 8 to 10 minutes. Divide the ratatouille and sausages among 4 plates and serve immediately. Serves 4.
