Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 400g mushrooms
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 300g pasta
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 tbsp cremeŠ fraiche
  • 1 packet samlon
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • sesoning

Instructions

  • Put the butter and oil in a sauce pan and let the butter melt. then add the onions and let them brown off.
  • After the onions have browned, add the mushrooms.
  • Also put the kettle on to boil
  • After 4mins add the courgette.
  • while your doing that add the pasta in to the boiling water, then after 5 mins add the broccoli. Cook for the rest of the of the specifed time on the packet
  • While the pastas cooking add the salmon, creme fraiche, lemon and seasoning. Voila!!
