Salmon Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- olive oil
- 1 onion
- 400g mushrooms
- 1/2 courgette
- 300g pasta
- 1 broccoli
- 2 tbsp cremeÃÂ fraiche
- 1 packet samlon
- 1 lemon, juiced
- sesoning
Instructions
- Put the butter and oil in a sauce pan and let the butter melt. then add the onions and let them brown off.
- After the onions have browned, add the mushrooms.
- Also put the kettle on to boil
- After 4mins add the courgette.
- while your doing that add the pasta in to the boiling water, then after 5 mins add the broccoli. Cook for the rest of the of the specifed time on the packet
- While the pastas cooking add the salmon, creme fraiche, lemon and seasoning. Voila!!
