Ingredients

  • Ice as needed
  • 2 oz. rye whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. maple syrup
  • 3/4 oz. pasteurized egg white
  • Soda water as needed

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, combine the whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white and shake until well chilled, 20 to 30 seconds. Strain into a pilsner glass and top with soda water. Serve immediately. Serves 1.
