Ingredients
- Ice as needed
- 2 oz. rye whiskey
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. maple syrup
- 3/4 oz. pasteurized egg white
- Soda water as needed
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, combine the whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white and shake until well chilled, 20 to 30 seconds. Strain into a pilsner glass and top with soda water. Serve immediately. Serves 1.
