  • 450g Icing Sugar
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 tspn Glycerine

Instructions

  • Sieve Icing Sugar
  • put the egg whites into a clean grease free bowl.
  • Beat the egg whites whilst adding the icing sugar a little at a time, until it becomes a thick creamy consistancy and standing peaks.
  • add glycerine and beat in.
  • spread over cake and use knife to lift peaks.
