Ingredients
- 3 (about 1 1/2 pounds) red-skinned sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
