Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails intact)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp dried chile flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
