Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower (or broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • kosher or sea salt to taste (I used about 1 tsp)
  • 2 tablespoons Dukkah

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F.  Trim cauliflower florets.  Toss with olive oil
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes until top edges are golden brown. Season with just a bit of sea salt. Just before serving, sprinkle with Dukkah.
