Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 a tin of chopped plum tomatoes
  • 2 tsp of chilli powder
  • 2 tsp of powdered ginger
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 4 tbsp of oil
  • equipment
  • pot, wooden spoon, knife, chopping board, measuring spoon

Instructions

  • chop oniopns into small equal pieces
  • put onions and oil in a pan to brown
  • add tomatoes and leave to cook for 10 minutes
  • add chilli, ginger and garlic powder
  • add beaten egg and leave for a minute then stir for 5 mins
  • finally add spinach and leave for another five minutes
