Ingredients

  • 200ml/7fl oz mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 3 tbsp gherkins
  • 1 small shallot
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
