Quick 'n Easy Berry Dessert

Ingredients
- Frozen Blueberries 5 heaped tbsp
- Frozen Raspberries 4 heaped tbsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Mascarpone 1tbsp
Instructions
- Put the berries into a bowl
- Defrost in the microwave for 3mins (cat E, 850watts)
- Give a shake and then cook in the microwave for 30secs
- Sprinkle the sugar over the fruit and top with the mascarpone
- Enjoy!
