Pureed Brussels Sprouts
This recipe combines the earthy flavor of Brussels sprouts with the smoky richness of bacon, all brought together with a creamy and tangy creme fraiche sauce. The sprouts are perfectly cooked and then sautéed with bacon until crispy, creating a delightful combination of textures. Finish with a touch of lemon juice and warming spices for a dish that is as comforting as it is delicious.
