PUMPKIN DESSERT

Ingredients
- 1 kg pumpkin, peeled and cut into big pieces
- 1,5 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 250 ml water
- walnut, for serving
- cream of milk or crÃÂÃÂÃÂème fraiche, for serving
Instructions
- put the pumpkin into a stewpan with sugar and vanilla then leave them at least for 4-5 hours
- after that add the water to the pumpkin and cook it for 5 mins after boiling
- then bake the cooked pumpkin into a oven safe pan until the upside get a little bit darker
- serve the dessert with cream and walnut dressing
