Ingredients

  • 1 kg pumpkin, peeled and cut into big pieces
  • 1,5 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 250 ml water
  • walnut, for serving
  • cream of milk or crème fraiche, for serving

Instructions

  • put the pumpkin into a stewpan with sugar and vanilla then leave them at least for 4-5 hours
  • after that add the water to the pumpkin and cook it for 5 mins after boiling
  • then bake the cooked pumpkin into a oven safe pan until the upside get a little bit darker
  • serve the dessert with cream and walnut dressing
