  • 300g pasta shapes
  • small bunch chopped dill
  • juice ½ lemon
  • 5 tbsp half-fat soured cream
  • 300g North Atlantic cooked prawns
  • 1 cucumber , diced
  • 1 fennel bulb , shredded
