- 2 large jacket potatoes
- Seasoning of your choice
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 200C or Gas Mark 6.
- Prick the jacket potatoes all over and cook on maximum power in the microwave for about 8 minutes. Large jackets may need longer.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
