Ingredients

  • 2 large jacket potatoes
  • Seasoning of your choice

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 200C or Gas Mark 6.
  • Prick the jacket potatoes all over and cook on maximum power in the microwave for about 8 minutes. Large jackets may need longer.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • Coat with seasoning and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes to brown and crispen.
