Ingredients
- 500g bread flour
- 1tsp sea salt
- 20g fresh yeast
- 300 ml Luke warm water
- 1 tbs olive oil
Instructions
- Mix yeast with couple of tbs water and leave for 15 mins
- Put flour , salt, olive oil into a bowl
- Add the yeast mixture and remaining warm water
- Mix for 10 mins to form dough
- Cover with towel and leave to rise for 1 hr
