Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Leek
  • Courgette
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • White beans
  • Peas
  • Pistou:
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan
  • Basil
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Put all the vegetables cut in chunks in a pot and add water - cook
  • The white beans should be cooked beforehand in water with a bouquet garni.
  • Add tot the soup.
  • Prepare the pistou by foodprocessing the tomatoes, garlic, parmesan, basil and olive oil.
  • Add the pistou just before serving.
